Our Task

Position Earth in Vessels as a premium candle and scented-goods e-commerce brand by elevating their product line—hand-poured coconut-wax candles, dried-flower infused wax melts, and skin-nourishing body butters—while preserving the brand’s warmth, artisanal craft, and faith-based story.

Our Strategy

  • Nailing the narrative. We shaped the site around the brand’s promise to “Make Fragrant Memories,” pairing concise product storytelling with a founder-led origin journey and a values page that clearly articulates the faith inspiration

  • Shop architecture. We simplified the catalog into clear categories—Candles, Wax Melts, Body Butters—so shoppers can scan, compare, and purchase quickly

  • Retention mechanics. We implemented the “Steady Sower” loyalty program with transparent earn/redeem rules and tiered perks (All-Natural, Plant-Based, Certified Organic) to encourage repeat purchases

  • Trust & service. We surfaced key policies up-front (international shipping; free shipping threshold) and clarified shipping timelines to reduce pre-purchase friction

Our Approach

  • Premium product language that emphasizes all-natural coconut wax, therapeutic-grade essential oils, and fine fragrance oils without jargon overload

  • Testimonial integration that showcases customer satisfaction while highlighting notable product features that positively reinforce “The EIV Experience” (i.e., clean burn, thoughtful packaging, playlist & matches, scripture under the lid)

  • Down-to-earth, invitational storytelling that strikes a nice tonal balance between promotional and personal

Our Results
